SanskAI ("we", "us") builds custom operations software for Australian businesses. This policy covers how we handle personal information you share through this website and through our work together. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Contact details you provide when you email us or book a call (name, email address, and anything you write to us).
- Booking information you enter into our Google Calendar scheduling tool, which is processed by Google on our behalf.
The diagnostic tools on this site (the waste calculator, readiness quiz, and workflow check) run entirely in your browser. Whatever numbers you type in stay on your device. They aren't sent to us or stored on a server.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your enquiry, to prepare for and run a discovery call, and, if we go on to work together, to deliver and support your project. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where your data lives
Systems we build for clients are hosted in Australia on Amazon Web Services (ap-southeast-2, Sydney), encrypted at rest and in transit. Email and calendar bookings are handled by Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside Australia under their own terms.
Automated decision-making
This website does not make automated decisions about you. Where we build automated decision-making into a client's system, we design it to be disclosed in that client's privacy policy, in line with Privacy Act reforms taking effect from 10 December 2026.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email dev@sanskai.com and a person will respond.
