Accom Assist

Guest amenities for the AU/NZ accommodation sector

Most of what Accom Assist sells is manufactured in China on a 12-week lead time. Stock reports arrived monthly. So the owner was making months-out ordering decisions on weeks-old data — a planning horizon of roughly four months informed by data already four weeks stale.

We're building the interface that closes it. Stock cover updates weekly instead of monthly. A rolling demand forecast projects each SKU twelve weeks out, and when projected cover falls below the target, it drafts a reorder — grouped by manufacturer, respecting each supplier's minimum order quantity. Draft purchase orders write back into Fishbowl, the inventory system they already run, for Richard to review and issue.

Arrow Digital runs client campaigns across a dozen disconnected tools. Reporting gets assembled by hand from each platform, every month, for every client. And the moment AI starts touching campaigns, a harder question lands: who approved that change, and where's the record?

We're building their agency operating system: one owned data layer across the ad platforms and analytics, client reports rendered straight from the primary sources, and an approval queue in front of every AI action. An agent can propose a budget change. Nothing touches a client account until a named human signs off. Every action lands in the audit log, whether it ran automatically or waited for approval.
